Reload Arc Card or Check Balance

Currently, there are two easy ways to add money to your Arc account.

Online

For ultimate convenience, you can reload online, right here, right now on your phone, computer, or tablet. If you're a registered Arc account user, just log in and add money to your account using your payment info on file. Once money is added you can use your Arc card right away.

2.

Arc Call Centre

If you prefer to add money to your account or check your balance using your phone, please call 1-888-302-0001. You can either use the automated phone system or speak to a call centre agent.
