There are various ways to purchase your Arc card or ticket.
Online
You can purchase your Arc card and add money to your account using the website. When purchasing your Arc card online, you will need to wait 5-10 business days for the card to be mailed out.

Arc Call Centre
You can also purchase your Arc card and add money to your account by calling the Arc call centre at 1-888-302-0001. When purchasing your Arc card via the call centre, you will need to wait 5-10 business days for the card to be mailed out.
Retail Network
Arc cards will be available at various retail locations, such as some gas stations throughout the participating areas. You will be able to purchase your card and add money to your account at these locations. However, you can only register your account online, through the call centre or at a regional in-person service centre.

Arc Fare Vending Machine
You can also purchase your Arc card or Arc tickets at Arc fare vending machines located at select transit centres and all LRT stations. You will be able to purchase your card or ticket, add money to your account and check your transaction histories.
